The Business Innovation Group (BIG) at Georgia Southern University focuses on fostering entrepreneurship and driving economic growth throughout Georgia. It provides resources, programs, and educational opportunities to help entrepreneurs create, incubate, and accelerate their businesses. BIG offers services through various programs and centers, including innovation incubators in Statesboro, Metter, and Hinesville, a Digital Fabrication Laboratory (FABLAB), and the Georgia Enterprise Network for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (GENIE). They also offer virtual and accelerator programs. BIG aims to connect entrepreneurs with university resources and create a supportive environment for business development.
