Charles Harter, professor of accounting, joined Georgia Southern University on July 1, 2006. He earned his Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, his master’s degree in finance from the University of Wyoming, and his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Chuck is a CPA and a member of the AICPA and the AAA.
