Kung received his Ph.D. in information systems (1997) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He joined Georgia Southern University full time in 2001. His research interests include systems analysis & design, e-government, e-commerce, and database. Kung’s publications include refereed journal articles and proceedings in national and regional conferences. He was awarded emeritus status on June 1, 2022.
