Research Interests: Research focused on the development, implementation, and assessment of educational leadership and teacher preparation programs to ensure effectiveness and accountability through evidence-based practices. Evaluation of models and programs that prepare and train leaders and teachers. Student self-efficacy in an effort to prepare scholarly practitioners via graduate programs from the master’s through to the doctoral level.  Distributed leadership with an emphasis on teacher leadership. Purposeful and sustainable professional learning with a focus on professional learning communities and innovative pedagogy. Advance academic outcomes through strong P-20 partnerships in an effort to achieve educational reform.
