About

Liu received his Ph.D. in business statistics from The University of Illinois at Chicago in 2005. He joined Georgia Southern in August 2005. Liu’s research interest is in the areas of linear and nonlinear time series analysis, nonparametric time series analysis, panel data analysis, and statistical applications in business. He has published in areas of econometrics, statistics, and management. Some of his research projects have been supported by the National Science Foundation.
