About
Bill Wells joined the faculty at Georgia Southern in 2001. He taught bank management, portfolio theory and finance courses in the MBA program. In 2007, he was tenured and promoted to Associate Professor. In that same year he was appointed Department Chair for Finance & Quantitative Analysis. Wells accepted the position of Associate Dean of Faculty and Curriculum for the College of Business in 2011. He was awarded Associate Professor Emeritus of Finance on August 1, 2023.
