Abstract

Online education technologies are increasingly adopted by universities nation-wide, yet in some cases without clear objectives, stakeholder involvement or understanding of their impact on learning. These problems might limit the technologies' effectiveness. By analyzing the impact of Blackboard (BB) on a private business college, this study will investigate these issues.
