Abstract
Presentation given at the International Textile and Apparel Association Annual Conference. A solid understanding of the environmental claims retailers are currently making in the marketplace is essential for designing further research studies in this area. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the environmental claims that retailers are making in their apparel product descriptions on their websites.
