Abstract

Presented at American Society of Criminology Conference, San Francisco, CA.

Military sexual assault has received increasing attention from policymakers over the past decade. Despite this increase in attention, little is known with respect to the factors shaping military sexual assault case dispositions. The current study examines these factors using three years worth of military sexual assault cases released by the Department of Defense.
