Abstract

Thank you for embarking on this academic journey with us! During this collaborative effort, we met with each author to discuss how this textbook could engage and empower educators. This textbook can be used as a resource to reference often throughout your teaching career. We created a textbook that intertwines the framework of inclusive early childhood practices with research-based strategies. This text is unique because it illustrates evidence-based practices and procedures through captivating vignettes, many of which were based on real-life teaching experiences and events.
