Abstract

This paper deals with the problem of minimizing the base-stock inventory of a one-warehouse M-identical retailer inventory system, in which central depot uses a periodic review, order-up-to inventory policy and retailers face stochastic customer demand, and develops an exact formula for the fill-rate constraint of each retailer.
