Research output: Contribution to conferencePresentation

Abstract

This research examines the association between local health departments' health informatics (HI) capacity and emergency preparedness (EP) capacity. Data were drawn from the National Association of County and City Health Officials' 2013 Profile of Local Health Departments study. A strong association was found between the HI capacity and EP of local health departments. Policy and practice implications will be discussed in light of these findings.
