Abstract

The authors implemented a new pedagogical tool, Kritik, in the Fall semester of 2021, and are reporting the preliminary results of their experience with this software in three Face to Face, software supported courses, one general population introductory course and two upper division electives for majors. We implemented Kritik in three different contexts, and are curious whether the software helped our students better articulate political concepts. Does this software improve political discourse?
