Abstract
Presentation given at Law and Ethics in Counseling Conference 2018,.
Counselors who work in schools are faced with unique ethical dilemmas. Helping supervisees choose the best approach(es), while adhering to ethical guidelines and laws, can be conflicting. This session will discuss supervision of counselors in schools aligning the new ASCA Ethical Standards, ACA Code of Ethics, and local laws.
