Abstract

Wireless propagation modelling is a key step in the design of an efficient wireless communication system. The power received at the receiver from the transmitter is largely dependent on the specific wireless channel since obstacles and path loss can result in signal attenuation. In this work, a section of Georgia Southern University's campus is modelled and investigated for maximum cellular coverage, by use of an ideally placed repeater.
