Abstract

In this paper, we are proposing an image quality enhancement technique for surveillance cameras. In this technique, we use high-resolution reference images to train a neural network that will be used to improve the quality of low-resolution images. This process is used in the frequency domain using the discrete cosine transform. The method was proven to improve image quality by almost 20%.
