abstract = "In this paper we have introduced an algorithm, LEARN, which is used for the purpose of inductive learning from examples. The algorithm LEARN was tested against the ID3 algorithm [5]. LEARN generated less rules for the same set of examples than the ID 3 algorithm. Also, the average number of attributes involved in rules generated by LEARN were less than the average number of attributes involved in rules generated by ID3.",
