Abstract
This presentation was given at the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) Conference.
This round table presentation will address the inherent challenges and personal successes in multicultural counselor training and supervision based on the experiences of several counseling professionals. Presenters will share pedagogical techniques that can be used in multicultural course instruction, as well as culturally competent interventions that can be used beyond the classroom setting. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and strengthen their use of multiculturally competent training and supervision strategies.
