Abstract

The purpose of this presentation is to detail the results of a recent survey of university trainers of school psychologists that targeted their job satisfaction in eight areas. Participants will receive detailed information about the study procedure and learn of the specific areas of satisfaction and dissatisfaction for trainers and how to use this information to address the projected shortage of trainers in the coming years.
