Abstract
To compare the impact of coloring agents on resin curing,the experiment was carried out to study the curing layer depth of resin mixed with different kinds of coloring agents under laser scanning.And then surface modification was performed to some kind of coloring agent in order to improve resin curing.The experimental results indicate that resin curing is affected by the species and quantity of coloring agent;surface modification is an effective way to improve the dispersibility in liquid resin and increase the curing layer depth.The mechanical property of cured resin was measured by MTS Nano Indenter XP system,the value reveals that the surface hardness and Young′s modulus were improved using the modified coloring agent.
