Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

As the needs of college students evolve, so do the requirements for student affairs professionals looking to advance to senior‐level positions. A quick glance at HigherEdJobs.com or The Chronicle of Higher Education reveals that, for many director, dean, and vice president positions, a terminal degree (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) is required.
