Abstract

Sportmanagementdepartmentsareincreasinglyincorporatingstudyabroadandinternationalexchangeprogramsintotheircurriculuminresponsetoindustrytrends.Inlightofthistrend,theresearchersexploretheevolvinglegalrelationshipbetweenstudentsandinstitutionsofhighereducationandthedutyOfcareowedundernegligencetheory,.frominlocoparenhstocontemporarydevelopments.Keepingwiththemodernlegaltrend,theauthorsdiscussissuespresentedbythetraditionalapproachsportmanagementstudyabroadprogramsoftenutilizetomitigaterisk,aswellasthenewrealitiesbroughtonbytheCOVID-
