Abstract

Presentation given at the Georgia Educational Research Association Conference (GERA).

Although flipped classroom is one of the new methods in children’s education, it is gaining importance since it saves time in teaching and develops learning practices by integrating technology. This study explores and examines the perceptions of middle school teachers regarding flipped classroom. Fifty-seven teachers participated in this study. Study results suggested that before teachers and students engage in this new flipped classroom method, they need to improve their knowledge and skills on using flipped classroom effectively.
