Abstract

The goals of this grant were to identify non-coding microRNAs with distinct regulatory roles in the various subclasses of Frontotemporal Dementia (FTLD). Using a collection of human samples from the Mayo Clinic brain bank, we genomically profiled and analyzed tissue from FTLD patients with Tau or TDP43 pathology.
