Abstract
The new degree program on Information Engineering Technology (IET Program) was established in 1997 at the University of Cincinnati (UC) as a response to the national need for highly skilled Information Technology (IT) workers. It is a +2 program (Junior and Senior years) that admits students with an appropriate Associate Degree or equivalent educational experience from community colleges, as well as students already enrolled at UC.
