Abstract

The show combines video installations with sculptural works that as a group address the topic of globalization, the history of Chinese-American trade relations, the role that Savannah has played in that history and our mutually changing notions of political and economic structure. Two films and four sculptural installations. Sponsored through the City of Savannah Cultural Affairs Department, SPACE Gallery and a Georgia Southern Faculty Teaching Grant, 2008. May-June 2009, SPACE Gallery, Savannah, GA.
