Pedagogy 2.0: The Evolving Discourse over Social Media in Education

Abstract

Social media platforms have become an increasing popular computer-mediated communication tool for educators, which have created a huge paradigm shift in academia. In this roundtable session, panelists and attendees will have the opportunity to deliberate on different pedagogical uses of social media. The purpose of this roundtable is to create a forum to explore how social media tools are transforming teaching and learning, as well as examine emerging trends and issues.
