Reflections on Workflow Balance: Walking a Tightrope in the Transition to Electronic Resources

Abstract

As more and more of library resources transition to electronic formats, technical services workflow must be adjusted. This presentation addresses how to keep the workflow aligned with the change in formats as some tasks decline, new tasks develop, and more advanced demands are made of library staff members.
