Abstract

<p> Presentation given at National Youth At-Risk Conference</p><p> <a href="https://digitalcommons.georgiasouthern.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1326&amp;context=nyar_savannah" target="_self"> Abstracts </a></p><p> SCRUBS Program, a workforce diversity project, is aimed at middle and high school students interested in pursuing nursing as a career, and to increase retention and graduation rates of the students enrolled in the program. This program works primarily with schools in Bulloch County and its surrounding counties in the state of Georgia.</p>
