Abstract

The Ce3+ excitation spectrum, the Tb3+ flourescence lifetime and Tb3+→Ce3+ energy transfer in Y3Ga5O12:Ce3+,Tb3+ have been studied under the excitation of ultra-violet radiation containing 266.0 nm laser pulses at room temperature.
