Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of Technology Leadership program called the Intel® Teach Leadership Forum on principals' five dimensional technology leadership. The five dimensions of technology leadership (Chang, 2003) were borrowed to construct the study. The five dimensions of technology leadership include vision, planning and management; staff development and training; interpersonal and communication skills; technological support and infrastructure; evaluation, research and assessment. Two primary questions will be addressed: (1) To what extent the forum affects on the perceptions of principals in relation to five dimensions of technology leadership? (2) To what extent the forum affects on the perceptions of principals in terms of the awareness of importance of technology integration in teaching and learning? The process of the research project will be outlined.
