Abstract
the statistic theory of partial polarization speckle field was employed to analyze the centroid fluctuation of irradiance distribution of the spot image. Based on the intensity self-correlated function under partial polarization the analytical expression of fundamental uncertainty of the measurement was derived. From the analytical expression it can be seen that the line polarization is a particular case of the partial one. It is shown that partial polarization projection is advantageous for the improvement of measurement accuracy.
