Abstract
This presentation showcases the vision and strategy used to embed a culture of commitment in order to achieve exemplary nurse and patient outcomes in a global setting. “Better than international benchmark” outcomes were achieved through engagement and empowerment of clinical nurses within a shared governance structure and through embedding of best practices
