Abstract
This study delves into the developmental journey of teacher leaders as they engage in co-design activities and provide feedback through PD. Utilizing the Teacher Leadership (TL) Development and the Interconnected Model of Teacher Professional Growth, our research primarily examines the evolving change patterns among teacher leaders. Analysis of data extracted from recorded online meetings, unit plans, feedback exchanges, and reflection forms unveils distinct patterns of change, specifically in terms of teachers’ growth both as teachers and leaders. Our findings underscore the significance of prolonged professional development for simultaneous change in multiple competencies, highlighting the complex dynamics of TL development.
