Abstract

The aims of this study were: Characterize the indoor fungal diversity in floor dust from moisture-damaged buildings and reference buildings in terms of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) and diversity indices; Evaluate univariate associations between fungal diversity and building characteristics in order to establish potential predictors of indoor fungal diversity.
