Abstract

This research centers around building an information system for displaying an augmented reality view of landmarks on a golf course using a mobile device. The system operates by registering mobile devices, with the application installed, through iBeacons placed on the tee box at each hole allowing the relevant information about the hole to be downloaded the device for display.
