Abstract

Poster presentation given at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Conference: Orlando, FL.

This study looks to advance the knowledge of work experiences of samesex couples. Differences were examined in perceived work–family confl ict between 91 gay and lesbian couples. Results from the APIM analyses indicated that the positive relationship between job and family demands and work–family confl ict is weaker for egalitarian same-sex couples.
